Over the next 17 days, Nike's "Unlimited Campaign" invites athletes worldwide to push their limits via global experiences — including events in London, Los Angeles, New York, Rio, Shanghai and beyond.

August 5: Shanghai

The “Unlimited Shanghai” journey kicked off today with myriad citywide events.

The Nike Innovation Container inspired athletes with innovative products, whereas the Nike Customization Workshop provided them with an opportunity to personalize t-shirts and sneakers and the Nike Stamina Test Ground invited them to better understand their performance potential. At a special edition of the Nike Rise Academy, Shanghai Sharks men’s basketball players Wang Tong and Zhai Yi coached basketball fans, while on a scenic rooftop along the Bund Nike+ Training Club participants embarked on a high-intensity session, accompanied by rhythmic beats.

A ferryboat ride featuring speed and endurance challenges was matched on the Huangpu River’s banks, where coaches and pacers from the Nike+ Run Club led athletes on an exhilarating urban route. Three Nike Air Max collectors — Steven from London, Lalla from Paris and Krysion from Beijing — made appearances at the SNKRS ON SHANGHAI.

The journey continues at over 60 Shanghai locations, including major basketball courts, where tomorrow, August 6, JORDAN FLIGHT CLUB will offer athletes services, innovative products, the chance to participate in competitions and the opportunity to visit COURT ZERO. There, they can take part in the ultimate challenge and meet Russell Westbrook.
