Partner Power: Sydney Leroux and Ali Krieger’s N+TC Dynamic Duo Workout
July 01, 2014
Next summer the world’s top female football players will take the pitch in Canada to compete for the sport’s biggest prize.
For Sydney Leroux, Ali Krieger and the rest of the U.S. Women’s National Team, training for the tournament has already started. Beginning in July, Leroux and Krieger will reveal some of the ways they stay in top condition when the Sydney + Ali Dynamic Duo Workout launches on the Nike+ Training Club App.
The 15-minute High Intensity Training partner workout consists of five drills, including plank jumps, single leg squats and ball squat jumps. With Leroux and Krieger leading the way, users will work to build strength in their legs and core.
Sydney + Ali's Dynamic Duo Workout is now available on the N+TC App. Users will also be able to shop Leroux and Krieger’s training looks, which include the Nike Lunar Cross Element, on Nike.com.
