Watch Kevin Hart Warm-Up with Serena Williams

Twenty two-time Grand Slam champion Serena Williams and athlete-comedian Kevin Hart have drastically different training goals. But they both understand the importance of flexibility. Williams is, of course, a pro while Hart is just getting started. That's why Hart tapped Williams for some stretching tips before the pair embarked on a high-intensity Nike+Training Club partner workout.

"Stretching is important both before and after a workout for improving body control and range of motion," explains Master Trainer Ben Monk, "dynamic stretching before to prep the body for movement and static stretching afterwards to improve range of motion."
