Jordan Brand’s first European store, Jordan Bastille, is a pinnacle retail experience that celebrates the performance, style and soul of the brand. It is located at 12 rue du Faubourg Saint Antoine, in the 12th arrondissement of Paris.
In partnership with Foot Locker, the store offers premium Jordan Brand products, services and experiences under one roof, creating a retail destination for all athletes in France and Europe looking for the perfect blend of performance and style. The Jordan Flight Lab allows fans to wear-test the latest Jordan footwear innovations in an immersive environment under the guidance of in-store athletes. In addition to store-exclusive designs, Jordan Bastille’s Atelier Jordan service offers consumers the ability to personalize a range of sneakers and apparel in a premium customization experience.
“A creative, dynamic and daring city like Paris provides the perfect place to celebrate the style and soul that lies at the heart of the Jordan Brand,” explains Larry Miller, President of Jordan Brand. “The passion we see for sport and culture in cities across Europe provides Jordan Brand with the opportunity to keep defying expectations and creating amazing products for athletes in this part of the world.”
“With our relentless passion for delivering the ultimate customer experience, we at Foot Locker are excited to be teaming up with Jordan Brand on opening the first European pinnacle Jordan retail experience, which will surely become a top destination for the sneaker community in Paris and all around Europe” adds Nick Jones, Vice-President and General Manager Foot Locker Europe.
Visitors to Jordan Bastille are immersed in the performance universe of Jordan with a wall presenting performance footwear for Basketball and Athletic Training. The legend of Michael Jordan is presented through a genealogy exhibit of Michael’s iconic footwear, from the 1985 Air Jordan I through the recently released Air Jordan XXXI.
Additionally, references throughout the store honor Jordan Brand moments that have helped shape France’s unique streetwear and basketball culture.
