September 18, 2019 - AS Roma’s 2019-20 third kit is a reimagination of a ’90s club classic — complete with dark blue body and a vivid Giallorossi trim, which covers the collar and the cuffing of both sleeves.
The jersey's allover jacquard pattern is made of rows of circles, each containing either the "ASR" typography from the classic Roma crest or the "Lupetto" (wolf’s head), another powerful club symbol. Dark blue shorts and socks, both of which feature Giallorossi detailing and a Nike Futura logo, complete the kit.
AS Roma will debut the third kit in European competition September 19. It will be available that day on nike.com, asromastore.com and through official retailers.
October 10, 2019 - Designed as a symbol of solidarity and shared identity, Nike will launch a Black History Month UK jersey in celebration of the most influential black British athletes. The jersey is being worn by the England senior men’s national team — including Raheem Sterling, Tammy Abraham, Marcus Rashford, Callum Wilson, Harry Kane, Jadon Sancho and Jordan Henderson — during the international camp this October and is available October 11 for Nike Members and October 15 on nike.com in the UK.
The jersey aligns with Nike’s belief that sport has the power to unite and that all athletes should be treated equally. This October, Nike celebrates black British athletes and their contribution to sport across an array of avenues that include providing pathways to success, celebrating the community through sport and integrating solidarity as a symbol through the Nike brand.

REACHING THE COMMUNITY THROUGH SPORT
Nike is working alongside its partners at Chelsea FC, Tottenham Hotspur, The FA, The Premier League and more to level the playing field for all black British athletes. This month, Nike is linking with Chelsea FC on an initiative delivered across more than 50 primary schools to pupils aged 5-11 to take part in a Black History Month poetry competition. Throughout October, Tottenham Hotspur is celebrating Black History Month as part of their commitment to promoting equality and diversity for all, in partnership with Nike.
A celebration of black British athletic performance and contribution to sport will be showcased through a photography exhibition at NikeTown London. A partnership with Black In The Day will invite the community to share their stories through the company’s 1948 space in Shoreditch.
September 14, 2019 - Paris Saint-Germain's 2019-20 third kit celebrates 30 years of partnership with Nike through a modern twist on the club's 1989-90 look.
The template is taken straight from the classic kit crafted in 1989 — a white jersey topped by a fold over button-down collar and decorated by a vivid red and blue vertical stripe, which runs the length of the shirt.
In addition to the overall aesthetic, the kit has numerous other retro touches, which will take supporters back in time to the outset of one of world football’s longest-running collaborations.
Notably, like its ’89-90 predecessor, the shirt features the Nike Futura logo and a jacquard pattern rising from the fabric. For 2019-20, this takes the form of diagonal stripes with the word "Paris" subtly incorporated into the design.
The collar is fastened by two special pearlescent buttons, which are inscribed with "Paris Saint-Germain – 1989-2019" in tribute to PSG’s relationship with Nike. The club crest is placed atop the color-blocked vertical stripe and stands tall thanks to an elevated trim. A small tricolor detail on the hem of each sleeve adds a dose of national pride.
The jersey is complemented by white shorts and socks, and the socks are enlivened by red and blue hoops from knee to ankle. Both the shorts and socks also feature the vintage Nike logo.
“PSG’s jersey archive is like a treasure trove for football fans,” explains Pete Hoppins, Nike Football Apparel Senior Design Director. “So, the chance to bring back an all-time classic and put our stamp on it was a particularly exciting opportunity. Once we saw how good the jacquard pattern and retro logo looked, it actually fed into our decision to use these as themes throughout our entire range of 2019-20 third kits.”
The third kit will be worn for the first time in PSG's home game against Strasbourg on Saturday, September 14. It is available now on nike.com.
September 13, 2019 - Atlético de Madrid’s new ’90s-centric third kit takes the same light blue shade worn during the club's fortifying decadal seasons, set to reappear when their European campaign begins later this month.
“Given the 1990s theme of the kit, light blue was the fitting choice,” said Pete Hoppins, Nike Football Apparel Senior Design Director. “I hope the fans enjoy its return this season.”
The jersey features the club’s nickname, "Atleti," woven into the fabric in an electrifying all-over matte/shine jacquard. A squared-off collar tops up the retro aesthetic and stands out thanks to an elevated trim, while seven stars — borrowed from Madrid’s coat of arms — are printed across the neckline. The ’90s Nike Futura logo and club crest complement the jersey, while a dark blue trim on the collar and sleeves perfectly frames it. Light blue shorts and socks complete the kit, both also featuring the retro Nike logo.
“Everybody knows about the moments of success for our club during that era,” says midfielder Saúl Ñiguez. “The fans will enjoy this color being brought back. It’s nice to see how the design gives it that ’90s feel.”
The third kit releases September 13.
September 12, 2019 - Throughout the 2019 season, FC Barcelona will play in teal green — just as it did back in 1996-97 when the club won two prestigious tournaments and Brazilian legend Ronaldo famously scored 47 goals. This third kit, which is loaded with nostalgic nods to Barça pride, will be worn for the first time when the European campaign gets underway later this month.
The teal shade is stylishly set off by a retro V-neck collar, which features a thick Blaugrana trim, and sleeves with a dark blue trim. Meanwhile, the club’s hallowed status at the heart of Catalonia is celebrated through an all-over, diamond-shaped jacquard pattern, inspired by Barcelona’s coat of arms.
“When you see this color, you think of Ronaldo, Guardiola, Stoichkov, Luis Enrique…so many great players” says Barça center-back Gerard Piqué. “It will be a pleasure to wear this kit and bring our fans joy with victories both at home and abroad."
The club crest leaps from the chest thanks to an elevated trim, and the ’90s nostalgia is cranked up with the Nike Futura logo. Teal shorts and socks complete the head-to-toe look, with the shorts boasting dark blue detailing and the socks topped with a Blaugrana trim.
“Given Barcelona’s incredible archive of kits, it was great fun merging their iconic ’90s identity with the modern Nike aesthetic,” says Pete Hoppins, Nike Football Apparel Senior Design Director. “The color itself conjures so many memories, while the collar and the jacquard pattern make this kit both nostalgic and highly original at the same time.”

September 09, 2019 - FC Internazionale Milano will once again play at the highest level of European club competition this season; the club's new third kit pulls together elements of the iconic looks from two seasons in which the Nerazzurri reigned supreme: 1997-98 and 2009-10.
The influence of the ’97-98 kit, worn by Brazil legend Ronaldo, is particularly strong with the return of a black silhouette, stylishly enlivened by bright yellow trim and detailing. Meanwhile, the shirt incorporates a crew-neck collar, as was the case in ’09-10 when the team won an unprecedented treble.
“Black and yellow is always a winning combination, and Inter’s third kit looks especially dynamic,” says Pete Hoppins, Nike Football Apparel Senior Design Director. “We’ve taken inspiration from two special older kits, kept things on trend with the ’90s themes we are seeing in streetwear at the moment and the result is something that we hope will appeal to all fans.”
The design celebrates Inter’s long-running partnership with shirt sponsor Pirelli, which dates back to 1995, as well as the classic Nike Futura logo. It includes an all-over black matte/shine jacquard pattern, with the club crest and the word "Inter" subtly emerging from the fabric. Yellow trims the collar and sleeves, while the colors used for the sponsor’s logo reference the motorsports world.
Black shorts and socks complete the full look, both featuring flashes of yellow and the vintage Nike logo.

September 04, 2019 - Chelsea's 2019-20 third kit is reminiscent of a celebrated era for the club, with flashes of bright orange — similar to the 1994-96 away shirt — against black.
“You can see the ’90s influence in fashion at the moment, and I think the kit will appeal to pretty much everyone,” says Blues midfielder Mason Mount. “Younger fans will like that it has a streetwear vibe and older fans will appreciate the sentimentality, remembering club legends who donned the famous jersey and their memories of going to games.”
In addition to the use of orange, the jersey boasts numerous other nods to ’90s football, with a jacquard knit rising from the fabric of the shirt, an old-school style squared-off collar and a retro Nike Futura logo. Orange trim on the collar and sleeves illuminate the otherwise black jersey, which features an embossed "CFC" pattern running in diagonal lines across the shirt. "Chelsea FC" is printed across the neckline, above the Nike logo and a club crest that stands out thanks to an elevated trim. The font, borrowed from ’90s match-day programs, adds another layer of nostalgia.
Bright-orange socks, which feature a Nike logo midway up the shin, and black shorts complete the head-to-toe look.
“The changes at Chelsea were reflective of the wider changes sweeping through English football in the early ’90s,” says Pete Hoppins, Nike Football Apparel Senior Design Director. “For the new season we’ve combined design elements from that era with our modern Nike innovations, and hopefully this kit will spark a few memories of what was a special time at Stamford Bridge."
Chelsea will debut the new third kit October 2, when its European campaign begins against Lille.

September 03, 2019 - Tottenham Hotspur’s 2019-20 third kit pays tribute to iconic players of the past by bringing back the famous light blue shade synonymous with the talent that helped carve the way for the club’s future success.
The new kit, which will debut later this month when Spurs' European campaign begins, is light blue from head to toe and features numerous other nods to ’90s jersey culture. An alternating matte/shine jacquard forming a "Spurs" graphic spreads across the front of the shirt, the club crest has an elevated trim and the ’90s vibe is topped up by a Nike Futura logo.
“It’s one of my favorite jerseys for sure, the light blue pops and the retro aesthetic goes down well," says lifelong Spurs fan and prominent UK rap star AJ Tracey, featured in the campaign imagery. "I can’t wait to wear it to the European games, especially this season."
The shirt is framed by a dark blue trim on the sleeves and on the classic-’90s button-down collar. The same dark blue details the shorts and crowns the otherwise light blue socks.
“Everyone will see the retro influence; it’s a tribute to the jersey culture of the 90s,” says Tottenham and England forward Harry Kane. “When you see the light blue, you think of those players that paved the way, and I hope this year we can wear it with pride to go all the way.”

July 25, 2019 - Twelve months on from PSG’s debut Jordan third kit, the club will wear the famous logo on its statement 2019-20 away kit this season.
Jordan Brand influence on the new design runs deep: The kit is flooded in the iconic infrared shade first introduced on the Air Jordan VI back in 1991. This results in a blistering away look, with head-to-toe infrared giving all of PSG’s teams an audacious change of colors.
The jersey is framed by a black trim on the collar and sleeves. The same black also details the shorts and appears on the socks in the shape of a double horizontal hoop just below the knee. On the reverse of the collar there is an ode to Paris, a city now synonymous with Jordan and set to be illuminated by an infrared glow in 2019-20.
The kit will be worn by leading players, such as Kylian Mbappé, Marco Verratti and Marie-Antoinette Katoto, and will debut on pitch during the PSG men's friendly against Internazionale Milan on July 27 in China.

July 19, 2019 - Black from head to toe, Atlético Madrid's new away kit is lit by dazzling bright red detailing, the vivid shade representing Atlético’s brilliant resurgence in the past decade.
“The away kit is very exciting; it’s clean and sharp with the black, but then you get these bursts of red, which really catch the eye," says midfielder Amanda Sampedro. "The story behind it is our story, the club’s story, and we will work hard to bring even more success to our supporters."
The shocks of red on the shirt come through in the club crest, Swoosh and sponsor’s logo, as well as red trim on the sleeves. A streak of red appears on the reverse of the collar, while a Spanish flag inside the shirt adds a dose of national pride. The same red detailing appears on the shorts and socks, which incorporate the word "Atlético" midway up the shin.
“Atlético have this really inspiring never-say-die attitude," says Pete Hoppins, Nike Football Apparel Senior Design Director. "They always fight back when faced with a challenge, and this kit pays tribute to the determination which has helped transform them into the elite club we see today."
The 2019-20 Atlético Madrid away kit is available July 19.
