April 18, 2017 - This is the Nike Zoom Vaporfly 4%, the shoe that crossed the finish line first in Boston yesterday — twice. Nike athletes Geoffrey Kirui, Galen Rupp and Suguru Osako took first, second and third in the men’s elite field, while Edna Kiplagat earned first and Jordan Hasay nabbed third in the women’s race all wearing versions of this shoe.
The Zoom Vaporfly 4% pairs a Nike ZoomX midsole (for responsive cushioning) with a full-length carbon plate (intended to minimize energy loss during toe bend without increasing demand for the calf). Together, these features can make runners up to four percent more efficient than Nike’s previous fastest marathon shoe.
The Nike Zoom Vaporfly 4% will be available June 8 on nike.com and at select retailers.

April 05, 2017 - This KOBE A.D. DeRozan PE is inspired by DeMar DeRozan's memory of watching Kobe Bryant play against Utah in the 1997 playoffs. Bryant's "airball game" taught the legend how to deal with adversity and showed DeRozan that resilience was key to success on court.
The date of the memory, May 12, 1997, is featured on the shoe's lace tips. A picture of the street that DeRozan grew up in Compton is featured on the sockliner. Finally, the Kobe logo, DNA symbol and signature on the heel tabs follow the color scheme of Bryant's "airball game" opponent.
The shoe releases April 12 from SNKRS.
