July 13, 2017 - In celebration of the 15th anniversary of the Nike SB Dunk, Nike SB is re-releasing four original Nike SB Dunk Lows remastered as Highs throughout the year. The SB Dunks were designed by pro skaters Reese Forbes, Gino Iannucci, Richard Mulder and Danny Supa in 2002.

"You can imagine how good it felt. The biggest sneaker company in the world asking Reese, Richard, Supa and myself to come up with our own spin on the Dunk. There was so much to absorb being on the Nike campus for the first time," remembers Iannucci. "My intro to the design team was interesting. We all sat round table and just talked shoes and skateboarding. It was intimate and the vibe was very humble and easy going."

The third in the current remaster series is Iannucci's premium black and dark blue colorway. "I just wanted to use colors I knew I'd actually wear and perforated leather I have always loved. The suede and leather combo seemed solid, so it was as simple as that," Iannuci says of his original design.

Reflecting on the return of the colorway, now in hightop form, he notes, "When there's a true love for something you understand the importance of respecting the past as well as embracing the future."

The Nike SB Dunk High Pro Gino is available July 27 on SNKRS, nike.com and at select retailers.

May 22, 2017 - The Nike Air VaporMax "Day to Night" collection celebrates runners whenever they choose to run — at twilight, sunset and everything in between. Each of the colors is inspired by a shade of the sky, from dawn to dusk.

May 19, 2017 - The timing couldn't have been worse. The night before his first AAU championship game, a young Kyrie Irving knocked his head on the floor of a hotel pool. His game status for the next day was in doubt. A few stitches later, Irving took the court with a head bandage. Kyrie led his team to victory despite the injury. With a unique bandage graphic, the kids-only KYRIE 3 "Badge of Honor" pays tribute to the hard knocks all young athletes collect on the road to victory. The shoe is available now on nike.com and select retail stores.

Nike SB Zoom Dunk Low Elite ‘Oski’

May 11, 2017 - Oskar “Oski” Rozenberg is the second Nike SB skater to put his twist on the new Nike SB Zoom Dunk Low Elite, a re-imagination of the classic Nike SB Dunk. Oski-specific details include the translucent sole and insole art with an orange-haired portrait of Oski himself, as well as an abstract illustration inspired by his favorite skate park as a kid.

The shoe is available May 18 on SNKRS, nike.com and at select retailers.

May 09, 2017 - The first iteration of the Nike Komyuter, the ACG.07.KMTR, silhouette's function guides its stance. The upper transforms from its loose, open state into a sleek, fast silhouette that marries gracefully to a full-rubber bottom with wet traction lugs (derived from the tooling of the Nike Tallac Flyknit ACG). Compositionally, this build simultaneously conveys comfort in speed and a readiness to take on anything. Reflective hits on the logo and welding seams help ensure the all-day, all-challenges equipment is balanced with requisite safety features.

The ACG.07.KMTR launches May 18 on NikeLab.com and at NikeLab retail locations.

May 05, 2017 - Originally inspired by the foldable design of a paper bag, the first Nike City Knife shoe, released in 2002, had similarly foldable creases for flattened packability. Before it came the Pocket Knife, from 1998, a collapsible ACG shoe embraced by outdoor athletes.

Today, the new NikeLab City Knife 3 Flyknit draws from the versatility of both models, providing a breathable, sock-like fit through a one-piece, 360 Flyknit upper that's encapsulated in a translucent rubber outsole (sharp lines on the outsole reference the geometry of the original). A rubber strap keeps the foot locked down. The shoe's minimal design — made of only five pieces without any stitching — enables it to flatten easily.

The NikeLab City Knife 3 Flyknit is available May 11, in women's sizing, on Nike+, nike.com/nikelab and at select retailers. It comes with a special travel bag.
