August 30, 2019 - The LeBron James x John Elliott Icon QS originates from the collaborative partnership between James, Elliott and Nike. Tipped off by an exclusive LeBron Soldier X in 2016, and crystalized with a fully formed collection featuring the Icon QS in 2018, the three-part collaboration focuses attention on creating versatile pieces that work in a range of environments, from business meetings to travel. Featuring the midsole tooling of the LEBRON 8, the LeBron James x John Elliott Icon QS exemplifies the effort with muted colorways punctuated by translucent panels.
Following the release of the black version in May, white and fuchsia colorways of the Icon QS release September 13 via Elliott's channels and September 14 via Nike. The tan colorway of the Icon QS arrives October 9.
November 01, 2019 - The split marble graphic of the Nike React Element Kenny 55 creates a yin-yang aesthetic representative of the back-and-forth of real world living. Reflective details add the perfect amount of flare, while Nike React technology delivers an extremely comfortable ride.
The shoe launches November 4 on txdxe.com and releases November 5 on SNKRS and SNEAKRS and at select retailers.
October 31, 2019 - Camouflage, corduroy, duck canvas, flannel, leather, suede and wool are all sturdy materials associated with hard-wearing, tough products. Mixed together, these form the primary canvas for the Nike Air Force 1 x Cactus Jack, an ode to Travis Scott's Texas roots that encapsulates everything buzzing in contemporary streetwear.
The design blends the fabrics with burlap accents, a reference to farm product and a metonym for resilience and hard work. There’s an underlying characterization of hustle — keeping nose to grindstone — imbued in the shoe too. Scott’s personal Cactus Jack logos from tour merchandise meld with the textiles to form a biographical tableau.
Much of Scott’s youth was spent in Missouri City, Texas, and the small town is called out on the snaps at the shoe’s heel. The snaps are among several details that channel the styling of traditional work coats, along with the corduroy collar, heavy brass zippers and removable lace cover.
The shoe releases November 16 on SNKRS and SNKEARS, and at select global retailers.
October 28, 2019 - The Air Max 720 Horizon employs Gore-Tex technology and aggressive traction for various winter-weather experiences. It is inspired by technical winter jackets and pairs Nike’s tallest Air unit with a Gore-Tex upper for protection against the elements.
The shoe's colorways are inspired by the morning-to-night light transition across the summit of Mount Hood, Oregon’s highest peak.
The Air Max 720 Horizon releases globally on nike.com, the Nike App and select retailers November 1.
October 27, 2019 - Coming off a bye week for the Cleveland Browns and just in time for Halloween, Odell Beckham Jr.'s week 8 pregame cleats are inspired by the 2009 Air Force 1 Low Savage Beast. This marks the seventh installment in a line of weekly pregame cleats for OBJ, galvanized by his favorite Nike shoes.
The cleat will appear during pregame of the Cleveland Browns’ away game against the New England Patriots October 27, while the Jack-o-lantern inspired cleat will appear in-game.
October 25, 2019 - Worn by LeBron James during his October 25 home game against the Utah Jazz, the LEBRON 17 Red Carpet features a new, Hollywood-inspired execution on the prized colorway of the Air Max LEBRON 7, pictured above in its retro'd form.
The LEBRON 17 Red Carpet releases November 15 on nike.com and at select retailers.
October 21, 2019 - Three specific elements of the Día de Los Muertos celebration inform unique designs in three iconic Nike Sportswear silhouettes: Nike Air Force 1 La Calaca, Nike Air Max 95 La Catrina and Nike Cortez El Altar.
The reflective sugar skulls pattern on the Air Force 1 is inspired by La Calaca, an instrumental part of the altars created during the holiday which denote the journey of life after death. The white represents the sugar, while colors bring to life the creative design details of the traditional offerings.
La Catrina, or female skeleton figure, is represented throughout the annual tradition and indicates a happy afterlife. In the Air Max 95, La Catrina takes form through shapes of the human body throughout the shoe. The system of laces reproduces the ribs, the sole imitates the spine, while the upper, in mesh and suede, correspond to the muscle fibers.
Traditionally, every ofrenda – or altar – incorporates the four natural elements: water, air, earth and fire, each with a specific meaning behind guiding souls through the afterlife. In this pack, the Nike Cortez highlights some of the essential elements with graphics on the insoles. Confetti is used to represent the air, candles signify the fire that provides direction, a ceramic holds the food that illustrates earth, with details that express the water.
The exclusive pack arrives October 25 in Mexico and the United States.
October 21, 2019 - First introduced in 1976, the seemingly unassuming Converse Pro Leather carries more than its weight in cultural significance.
For Converse, the shoe represents a distinct product evolution: It was the brand's first full-grain leather hoops shoe to feature the Star Chevron logo. The logo and the shoe helped define Converse Basketball in the ’80s and ’90s. The silhouette extends the smooth style of the era, representative of a revolutionary generation of high-flyers such as Julius Erving, aka Dr. J. The simple white leather upper, and pops of team colors via the Star Chevron, has retained its stylistic resonance too.
While the Converse Pro Leather has had its fair share of celebratory reissues over the years, this latest iteration finds the shoe brought back with stitch-for-stitch modeling of an upper from a 1977 archival holding, and now with remastered and more comfortable tooling.
The Converse All Star Pack includes both the classic white/red Pro Leather and a Pro Leather-inspired version of Converse's newest performance hoops shoe, the All Star Pro BB. Rounded out by the classic Chuck 70, the Converse All Star Pack brings together some of the most instrumental silhouettes in the history of basketball to celebrate the historic scope of Converse’s performance basketball lineage.
The Converse All Star Pack will launch October 22 at select House of Hoops locations (219 S State Street, Chicago, IL 60604; 6801 Hollywood Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028; 4089 Fulton Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201; 226 East Fordham Rd., Bronx, NY 10458), complete with opportunity to trial the All Star Pro BB. A wider release comes October 24 on converse.com.
October 19, 2019 - Two of Cactus Plant Flea Market’s favorite Nike silhouettes come together in a unique mashup for the second Nike By You release with the New York-based brand. The Air Force 1, first released in 1982 and a consistent rotation wear by CPFM, is given a bold aesthetic embellishment channeling graphic lettering from the 1996 Wilson-Smith designed Air More Uptempo.
Available in a classic black or white base, the Nike AF1 CPFM By You launches October 21 and offers three customizable options:
- Nylon or leather tongue
- Graphic lettering on the left shoe: "Flea," "Sunshine" or "Air" (the right shoe stays the same with “Air”)
- Reflective underlays for the letters on the left and right independently (seven color options available)
A six-piece Nike x CPFM apparel capsule collection — influenced by CPFM’s own archive of vintage Nike pieces and featuring oversized graphics and playful references to the brand’s “Just Do It" ethos — follows the Air Force 1. The capsule releases October 28.

KYRIE 5 Pineapple House
There’s no mistaking whose home this honors in the next installment of the KYRIE 5 x SpongeBob SquarePants series with its pineapple peel-inspired upper and a flytrap resembling the fruit’s leaf. It releases October 24.
