October 21, 2019 - First introduced in 1976, the seemingly unassuming Converse Pro Leather carries more than its weight in cultural significance.
For Converse, the shoe represents a distinct product evolution: It was the brand's first full-grain leather hoops shoe to feature the Star Chevron logo. The logo and the shoe helped define Converse Basketball in the ’80s and ’90s. The silhouette extends the smooth style of the era, representative of a revolutionary generation of high-flyers such as Julius Erving, aka Dr. J. The simple white leather upper, and pops of team colors via the Star Chevron, has retained its stylistic resonance too.
While the Converse Pro Leather has had its fair share of celebratory reissues over the years, this latest iteration finds the shoe brought back with stitch-for-stitch modeling of an upper from a 1977 archival holding, and now with remastered and more comfortable tooling.
The Converse All Star Pack includes both the classic white/red Pro Leather and a Pro Leather-inspired version of Converse's newest performance hoops shoe, the All Star Pro BB. Rounded out by the classic Chuck 70, the Converse All Star Pack brings together some of the most instrumental silhouettes in the history of basketball to celebrate the historic scope of Converse’s performance basketball lineage.

October 21, 2019 - Three specific elements of the Día de Los Muertos celebration inform unique designs in three iconic Nike Sportswear silhouettes: Nike Air Force 1 La Calaca, Nike Air Max 95 La Catrina and Nike Cortez El Altar.
The reflective sugar skulls pattern on the Air Force 1 is inspired by La Calaca, an instrumental part of the altars created during the holiday which denote the journey of life after death. The white represents the sugar, while colors bring to life the creative design details of the traditional offerings.
La Catrina, or female skeleton figure, is represented throughout the annual tradition and indicates a happy afterlife. In the Air Max 95, La Catrina takes form through shapes of the human body throughout the shoe. The system of laces reproduces the ribs, the sole imitates the spine, while the upper, in mesh and suede, correspond to the muscle fibers.
Traditionally, every ofrenda – or altar – incorporates the four natural elements: water, air, earth and fire, each with a specific meaning behind guiding souls through the afterlife. In this pack, the Nike Cortez highlights some of the essential elements with graphics on the insoles. Confetti is used to represent the air, candles signify the fire that provides direction, a ceramic holds the food that illustrates earth, with details that express the water.
The exclusive pack arrives October 25 in Mexico and the United States.
October 19, 2019 - Two of Cactus Plant Flea Market’s favorite Nike silhouettes come together in a unique mashup for the second Nike By You release with the New York-based brand. The Air Force 1, first released in 1982 and a consistent rotation wear by CPFM, is given a bold aesthetic embellishment channeling graphic lettering from the 1996 Wilson-Smith designed Air More Uptempo.
Available in a classic black or white base, the Nike AF1 CPFM By You launches October 21 and offers three customizable options:
- Nylon or leather tongue
- Graphic lettering on the left shoe: "Flea," "Sunshine" or "Air" (the right shoe stays the same with “Air”)
- Reflective underlays for the letters on the left and right independently (seven color options available)
A six-piece Nike x CPFM apparel capsule collection — influenced by CPFM’s own archive of vintage Nike pieces and featuring oversized graphics and playful references to the brand’s “Just Do It" ethos — follows the Air Force 1. The capsule releases October 28.

October 16, 2019 - The NBA’s opening week is an annual eruption of new colorways, and four Nike Basketball signature silhouettes — the KYRIE 5, the KD12, the PG3 and the Air Zoom Freak 1 — will take the court throughout as they release on SNKRS in North America.
KYRIE 5 Pineapple House
There’s no mistaking whose home this honors in the next installment of the KYRIE 5 x SpongeBob SquarePants series with its pineapple peel-inspired upper and a flytrap resembling the fruit’s leaf. It releases October 24.
Awash in video console symbols through the heel, this KD12 has other details characteristic of the video platform, including Skip Ad copy on the rip-stop heel tag, a co-branded name graphic on the tongue and a search bar printed on the insole. The shoe releases October 26.
Mismatching orange and red forefoot wings wrap up the second NASA colorway of Paul George’s third signature shoe. The administration’s logo is printed on the heel and on the sockliner. The shoe releases October 23.

Fluorescent pinks and deep reds cover the upper in this colorway of Giannis Antetokounmpo’s first signature model, filled with a speckled Swoosh. It releases October 27.

October 16, 2019 - Nike ACG is designed to withstand the environment across all elements. The all-conditions gear, created and tested in Oregon, returns to ensure warmth and weather-proofing during the winter season.
A new shoe to the ACG collection is the Zoom Terra Zaherra. This Zoom Air plus Nike React combination shoe features webbing across the upper to ensure the foot is locked for any movement, while a stretch bootie collar keeps the elements out.
The ACG Winter 2019 apparel and footwear collection releases October 25.
October 14, 2019 - Nike SB's limited-edition Dunk Lo "Night of Mischief" screams Halloween with holiday-themed elements including Jack-o'-lantern perforations on the orange leather vamp, purple web detailing and the words "Trick" and "Treat" on the left and right heel.
The shoe drops October 19 on SNKRS and in select skate shops across North America.
Update: The Dunk Lo "Night of Mischief" is available in North America in select skate shops and releases globally on SNKRS and at select skate shops on October 31.
October 13, 2019 - The sixth installment in Odell Beckham Jr.'s 2019 pregame cleat collection is a send up to the Air Force 1 wheat colorway. Inspired by the wide receiver's favorite Nike shoes, the Week 6 Nike Vapor Untouchable Pro 3 OBJ Uptempo Cleat employs a clean and classic aesthetic throughout.
The cleat will appear during pregame of the Cleveland Browns' October 13 home game against the Seattle Seahawks.
October 09, 2019 - Much like its moniker, Ambush, founder Yoon Ahn’s first collaboration with Converse capitalizes on the element of surprise with new takes on two classic sport styles: the Converse Chuck 70 and Pro Leather.
Both are reconceived with inspiration from the Extreme Cold Weather Boot, a rubber military boot produced by Converse in the 1950s, to bring Ambush’s signature exaggerated styling to the traditionally canvas and leather silhouettes.
With its heightened platform midsole, the Chuck 70 is clad with embellished rubber layering. The shoe’s coconut-milk colored rubberized upper features matte detailing, a gusseted tongue for stability and insulation and matching laces for a monochromatic expression.
The collection sees Ahn become one of the first designers to completely rework the Pro Leather. She transforms the classic basketball shoe by employing a black rubberized upper with tonal 3D Converse Star Chevron logo, gusseted tongue and monochromatic black laces. The look is sharpened by cyber yellow instructional Ambush branding on the elevated heel.

October 07, 2019 - Odell Beckham Jr.'s Week 5 pregame warmup cleat is inspired by the many animal print colorways to appear as Nike PEs. OBJ’s Nike Vapor Untouchable Pro 3 pays tribute to the wildly popular takes on animal colorways with a zebra-and-cheetah combo print, in addition to red Nike logo accents throughout.
The cleat will appear during pregame of the Cleveland Browns’ October 7 away game against the San Francisco 49ers.
