August 17, 2017 - Inspired by the 15th anniversary of one of golf’s most anticipated women’s team tournaments, Nike athlete Melissa Reid will wear this Nike FI Flex PE, embellished with Swarovski crystals, during competition this week. Nike worked with Swarovski, the global leader in precision cut crystal, to create these one-of-a-kind shoes. A pair of the Nike FI Flex PE for Reid has approximately 1,028 Swarovski crystals total that were hand-applied by a crystal expert.
The colorway for the shoes was inspired by the team that Reid will compete for this week. Her nickname, Mel, also appears on the FI Flex.
March 21, 2019 - Celebrating the remarkable legacy of a Nike Football classic, the Nike Total 90 Laser returns in a limited special edition.
Known as the boots for ultimate accuracy and powerful shooting, the Nike T90 brings back the unique precision rings on the upper shield emblazoned with the number 90 and accompanied by the words Power – Swerve – Precision, creating a platform designed to control ball spin and optimize a solid shot.
The boot has the same upper materials and construction design as the original model, introduced in 2007, including an off-center lacing system for superior ball feel. The iconic skeleton foot graphic is displayed on the soleplate, tooled into a modern underfoot chassis for a lighter and more dynamic performance. The shoe reinstates the heel Zoom Air unit, re-engineered into the underside of the sockliner, for a responsive cushioning feel.
This special edition feature the original Zest colorway, and a red total ninety signage on the heel and on the outside front.
Each of the 2000 limited pairs comes individually numbered.
The Nike Total 90 Laser SE drops March 21 on nike.com.
March 19, 2019 - Nike Free footwear lets feet flex, splay and move the way they want. Built on a more anatomically shaped last than traditional running models, the 2019 Nike Free Running Collection introduces new elements that enable a more barefoot-like feel than previous versions.
Because Nike Free is intended for lower-mileage runs, the foam cushioning in the new Nike Free midsoles is firmer (closer to that of the original 2004 model to promote a more barefoot-like feel underfoot), flatter and lower to the ground, delivering greater connection and more natural range of motion than before. The midsole now features siping along the top and bottom to increase dorsi and plantar flexion. Based on data mapping, varying depths in the sipes are placed where the foot naturally wants to bend and stretch to enhance the feeling of movement and to allow for more natural foot motion.
The Nike Free RN 5.0 (shown first) is 26-percent more flexible and 2mm lower to the ground while the Nike Free RN Flyknit 3.0 (shown second) is 1mm lower to the ground than the 2018 models.
The minimal uppers, a thin-stretch mesh with a minimal lacing system for the 5.0 and a lace-less Nike Flyknit with a secondary lock-down overlay for the 3.0, were designed to enhance the natural, second skin aspect of the shoes. There’s a nod to the in-depth science behind the original shoes in overall aesthetic too, with some of the design lines come from the natural shape of the foot, for example). The smaller Swoosh symbolizes the shoe’s lower-mileage intent.
The 2019 Nike Free Collection will be available beginning March 19.
March 14, 2019 - In celebration of Air Max Day, two of Tinker Hatfield’s most iconic silhouettes merge in the Air Max 1-inspired Air Jordan III Tinker. It uses the same University Red and white color scheme as the OG AM1, and comes with interchangeable Swooshes and Nike Air branding.
The Air Jordan III Tinker "Air Max I" releases globally on March 30.
March 13, 2019 - First revealed in 2000, Shox technology remains one of the boldest design vocabularies in all of footwear. Its mechanical cushioning — an idea first born in 1984 — offers a durable bounce for impact protection. The aesthetic, however, is pure provocation.
The Shox Total, which debuted in 2003, is a futuristic take on the mechanical design.
The shoe releases March 21.
March 12, 2019 - The women's-exclusive Jordan Air Latitude 720 continues the Jordan Brand Flight Utility silhouettes. It features a textile upper with bootie construction, straps inspired by the Air Jordan VIII and an Air-Sole containing more than 70 percent recycled manufacturing waste.
The Jordan Air Latitude 720 launches globally beginning July 6.
March 11, 2019 - This summer, the iconic wings of Nike, the Goddess of victory, will appear on football pitches around the world on Nike’s Victory Pack.
Each boot in the pack — the Mercurial, PhantomVSN, PhantomVNM and Tiempo — features a hand-sketched wing pattern of sharp geometric angles, metaphorically intended for multi-faceted players. The Armory Blue hue of the boots is inspired by the prismatic light that passes through the glass and iron pyramid of the Louvre Museum in Paris (home of the iconic Nike sculpture). The Hyper Crimson accents bring a joyful edge around the Swoosh outline, which creates a copper fleck that flashes when the boot moves through the light.
A small tab on the tongue of each boot features the classic Nike Futura logo and the words “THE GODDESS OF VICTORY.” The sole plates present a subtle iridescent effect, reminiscent of statues as they age.
The boots will debut on pitch during the final game of the women’s European championship and will be worn across France this summer during the premier women’s global football tournament.
The Victory Pack will be available May 9 on nike.com.
March 11, 2019 - This summer’s footwear demonstrates beautiful, new ways to approach color, construction and material innovation.
1. Inspired by alternative ways to make color, the Nike Plant Color Collection, featuring the Air Max 95 and the Blazer Low, uses plant-based dye.
2. The Nike Flyleather Earth Day Pack combines one of Nike's most sustainable materials with artist Steven Harrington's unique aesthetic to inspire the wearer with a love for the planet.
3. The Nike VaporMax 2 Random uses excess Flyknit yarn (that would have otherwise gone to a landfill) to create a one-of-a-kind shoe.
The shoes release throughout summer 2019.
March 11, 2019 - Nike Women’s summer footwear offering covers a variety of platforms — from classics like the Air Force 1 to the future-forward Air Max 720. Sharp focus on sustainable manufacturing and unisex sizing results in meeting a range of preferences.
Georgina James, Senior Creative Director for Nike Women’s Footwear, shares her thoughts on five highlights from the collection:
- The Nike ZoomX Vista Grind builds off bold and exaggerated features around the midsole.
- The Nike Air Max FF720 takes one of our key innovation platforms, the 720 Air Max bag, and gives it women’s-specific stance with a new upper design, midsole and outsole.
- The Nike VaporMax 2 Random is our big sustainability stand. The VaporMax is a shoe that our female consumer resonates with, so the fact that the Air-Sole is 75 percent recycled is a double-win.
- The Nike Air Max Box takes our Air Max 270 platform and creates a shoe that gives the wearer comfort and stability for boxing workouts.
- The Nike Air VaporMax Flyknit 2 LXX Swarovski is a show-stopper. The fact that we’ve had people inquire about wearing it during awards shows is an example of how this shoe is moving sneaker culture forward.

The shoes will be available through summer 2019.
March 11, 2019 - Jun Takahashi's second Converse x Undercover collection draws influence from the opposing style tribes seen in '70s cult film.
It features two iterations of the Chuck 70, both constructed with a boot zipper embedded between a laced zipper guard that offers an alternate lace-up structure with metal ring accents. The iconic Chuck ankle patch is swapped out for an embroidered “NW” patch, an abbreviation for “New Warriors,” a term also printed on the silhouette’s tonal toecap. All elements are designed to form a tension between high-concept elegance and rough-and-tumble rebellion.
The Converse x Undercover collection will be available March 16 on converse.com and at select retailers.
