July 27, 2018 - The host state for the 2018 WNBA All-Star Game is front and center for the event’s footwear collection from Nike, featuring special Minnesota-inspired colorways of six basketball shoes.
Purple — the color of royalty, of the state’s football team, and of its musical hero — is consistent throughout the PE collection. The two-block divide reflects a play between the Twin Cities, Minneapolis and Saint Paul. The ripple pattern refers to the state's vast number of lakes, as well as the waves being created in the modern women's game.
"The All-Star shoes are fire across the board," says four-time WNBA champion Seimone Augustus of the Minnesota Lynx. "I can't wait to wear the KYRIE 4 and pay tribute to the land of 10,000 lakes."
The 2018 WNBA All-Star Game PE collection includes special colorways of the LEBRON 15, LEBRON Soldier XII, KD11, KYRIE 4, PG2, and the KOBE A.D.
March 11, 2019 - Nike Women’s summer footwear offering covers a variety of platforms — from classics like the Air Force 1 to the future-forward Air Max 720. Sharp focus on sustainable manufacturing and unisex sizing results in meeting a range of preferences.
Georgina James, Senior Creative Director for Nike Women’s Footwear, shares her thoughts on five highlights from the collection:
- The Nike ZoomX Vista Grind builds off bold and exaggerated features around the midsole.
- The Nike Air Max FF720 takes one of our key innovation platforms, the 720 Air Max bag, and gives it women’s-specific stance with a new upper design, midsole and outsole.
- The Nike VaporMax 2 Random is our big sustainability stand. The VaporMax is a shoe that our female consumer resonates with, so the fact that the Air-Sole is 75 percent recycled is a double-win.
- The Nike Air Max Box takes our Air Max 270 platform and creates a shoe that gives the wearer comfort and stability for boxing workouts.
- The Nike Air VaporMax Flyknit 2 LXX Swarovski is a show-stopper. The fact that we’ve had people inquire about wearing it during awards shows is an example of how this shoe is moving sneaker culture forward.

March 11, 2019 - Jun Takahashi's second Converse x Undercover collection draws influence from the opposing style tribes seen in '70s cult film.
It features two iterations of the Chuck 70, both constructed with a boot zipper embedded between a laced zipper guard that offers an alternate lace-up structure with metal ring accents. The iconic Chuck ankle patch is swapped out for an embroidered “NW” patch, an abbreviation for “New Warriors,” a term also printed on the silhouette’s tonal toecap. All elements are designed to form a tension between high-concept elegance and rough-and-tumble rebellion.

March 04, 2019 - On the streets of Paris, the Nike Air Max Plus goes by a distinct nickname: La Requin. The shoe earned the moniker, which translates to “shark,” because many say its components resemble the cartilaginous fish.
The marine mark shifts from figurative to concrete in the second iteration of this TN, which comes in white and black colorways, with a dorsal fin-style extension of the Swoosh, graphics referencing a shark’s body, a reworking of the shark jaw logo (on the tongue) developed for the first La Requin TN and a leather mudguard.

March 01, 2019 - International model and stylist Aleali May’s latest Air Jordan collaboration is a Rust Pink Air Jordan VI with pops of Bright Crimson and a translucent outsole. May credits her love for the Air Jordan VI to her time living in Chicago where she worked retail at both a high fashion label and in streetwear boutique. This experience helped create the foundation for her own lane in style.
The Aleali May x Air Jordan VI Millennial Pink releases globally March 15 in women’s sizes.
February 26, 2019 - With focus on sweat and T-shirts, Emotionally Unavailable was a lighthearted partnership founded by Edison Chen and KB Lee in 2014. Now, it's maturing into a fully fledged collection. "We have a fan base that pushed us toward being more serious about the brand. Now we're 1,000 percent serious, and our partnership with Nike on this Air Force 1 is testament to us putting the brand to the forefront," says Chen.
The silhouette and material (canvas to nod to the Nike Vandal, which Lee recalls first thinking was an AF1) represent the designers' roots and relationship with Nike. "Growing up in Korea, the canvas Air Force One is a universal shoe. Hip-hop heads wore it. Skaters wore it. It covered multiple subcultures," says Lee. "It also just looks cool because it wears down so well."
The shoe is intended to be well-loved — which will become evident through a beautiful patina. The zippered gusset makes it easy to take on and off and also helps form Emotionally Unavailable's recognizable heart logo.

February 25, 2019 - With safari print detailing, color blocking and a mini Swoosh on the toe box, the LEBRON 16 Low x atmos “Safari” sports many of the same details from the iconic Air Max 1 collaboration with the famed Japanese store.
LeBron debuted the shoe during All-Star Weekend in Charlotte, North Carolina. It releases March 2 on the SNKRS and SNEAKRS apps, at atmos and at select global retailers.
February 21, 2019 - As Neymar Jr. orchestrates his comeback from injury, he’s drawing on his ability to drown out all negativity and distractions, and attempting to embrace the alegria (joy) of football.
The new NJR Silêncio boot represents this and celebrates Neymar Jr.'s capacity to silence doubts, dismiss distractions and let his skills speak on the field.
The boot is covered in a unique graphic made up of multiple black "SHHHs" featuring a miniature white chevron pattern. The letters gradually fade from black to to gray as they move from the outsole onto the upper. No two boots are exactly the same.
"SHHH is not about me silencing the rest of the world, it's about me going silent and focusing on what I have to do for my future as a player and as a man,” says Neymar Jr.

February 12, 2019 - When it comes to football, and specifically to the many variants of the small-sided game, players need performance benefits authentically inspired by the nature of the sport. Whether it’s an indoor match, in a tight pitch, over the streets, wood or anything in between, the iconic LunarGato II brings back the versatile mix of traction, support and stability to dominate the challenges of the game.
Nicknamed O Mágico (The Magician), Portugese icon Ricardinho has been named the Best Futsal Player of the World six times — more than any other player ever. He has also won multiple league titles with his clubs in Spain and Portugal, and has played many significant matches in the LunarGato II.
