"Get There" is part of Nike's ‘Dare to Be Brasilian’ campaign.
As the eyes of the world turn to Brasil and the national team’s opening moment on the world’s biggest stage, Nike has created an inspirational film featuring the powerful words of Brasilian icon Ayrton Senna da Silva. In the film "Get There," the voice of one of the greatest ever Formula 1 drivers inspires Brasilians to strive for their goals.
“Regardless of who you are, regardless of your social position – the highest or the lowest – have always as your goal to have a lot of strength, a lot of determination, and always do everything with a lot of love and faith in God. Because one day, you will get there. Somehow, you will get there,” says Senna in the film.
The audio, taken from a previously filmed documentary, aims to inspire Brasilians to ‘Ouse Ser Brasileiro’ – Dare To Be Brasilian - with its powerful message to reach for one's dreams.
"This is a unique moment for our country, and we wanted Brasilians to reflect on the wise words of a man who understood better than anyone else that victory takes many forms, and there is always a path to get there," explains Henry Rabello, Vice President of Marketing for Nike in Brasil.
"Get There" is another chapter in the "Dare to be Brasilian" campaign that launched in November 2013. It was created by Nike do Brasil and Wieden + Kennedy São Paulo. To explore more: www.nike.com/ouseserbrasileiro.
